Application Materials Prepared

1 Undergraduate applicant is required to prepare the following materials.

• Tianjin Medical University Foreign Student Application Form (in duplicate)

• Highest Diploma (notarized photocopy)

• Transcripts of senior high school studies

• Passport (in duplicate)

2 Applicants for Master Degree, PhD degree and trainee study are required to prepare the following materials.

• Tianjin Medical University Foreign Student Application Form (in duplicate)

• Highest Diploma (notarized photocopy)

• Transcripts of university studies

• 2 Letters of Recommendation (written in English or Chinese by 2 professors or 2 associate professors)

• Personal Resume, written in English or in Chinese

• Study Plan or Research Plan in China (no less than 800 words), written in English or in Chinese

• Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in duplicate)

• 2 copies of passport (in duplicate)

• 6 recently-taken bareheaded photos

• Doctor’s License (in duplicate; suggesting to applicants applying for degree program in the discipline of clinical medicine only)
